Your guy is discreet. Here's exactly what he keeps and why.

Your CV

He reads it once to write an anonymised profile of you: your experience, skills, education and what you're looking for, without your name, contact details, age or photo. Then the CV itself is deleted. He uses an AI model to do the reading; your CV is sent to it for that and isn't used to train it.

Your email

Kept, to send you jobs. Nothing else. No newsletters about our “exciting journey”.

Your name and other contact details

Kept only as one-way fingerprints (salted hashes). He can tell if the same person signs up twice, which is how the free top 5 stays one per person, but he can't read your name or number back out of them.

Who sees it

Nobody else. He doesn't sell or share your data, and he doesn't send your profile to employers. You do the applying.

Leaving

Email hi@thinkwithiss.com and everything about you is deleted. No exit interview.
